注册和退课规则 Registration and Cancellation Policy

1) 请点击“网上注册”链接，登录家庭账号进行选课并完成其它几项注册步骤。付费并电子签字后才算完成注册。付费方式参看“付费方式”网页。

Please use the "Online Registration" tab to log into your family account, select classes, and complete registration. Your registration is complete only after you have submitted your payment and electronic signature. Refering to this page for payment methods.

2) 除了学费，总费用还包括: a) 注册费(具体见下面注释)，b) 50元管理费，和 c) 50元家长值班费。
注1: 不晚于7/22 注册并于7/29之前完成付费的家庭，注册费全免。
在7/23和9/5之间注册并完成交费的家庭，交付注册费25元。
在9/6 及之后完成注册的家庭，交付注册费50元。
注2: 为了减轻班妈的工作量，每个中文课注册都自动加入了10元班费(class dues)，用于购买新年和学期末送给老师的班级贺卡和礼物。如果您不想参与班级礼物，请点击中文课右边的“Opt out of dues”。
注3: 每个家庭完成一次值班任务后，如果选择将退费作为下一年的credit，将获得额外的$5 credit, 一共$55元归入家庭账户余额, 供未来学期注册使用。如果需要退现金，请等待电子邮件通知，学校会集中在五月底办理现金退费，退回$50值班费。

Besides tuition, a registration fee (actual amount see Note #1 below), a $50 administration fee, and a $50 parent duty fee (see Note 2 below) will be added to the total bill.
Note 1: Registration fee is waived if registration is done by 7/22 and the invoice is paid in full by 7/29.
Registration fee is $25 if registration is completed (registered on line and paid in full) between 7/23 and 9/5.
Registration fee is $50 if registration is done after (including) 9/6.
Note 2: To reduce class parents' work load, $10 class dues are automatically added to each language class registration, which will be used towards holiday cards and gifts for teachers. If you do not want to participate in the class gifts, you can click the "Opt out of dues" button at the right of the class registration.
Note 3: After each family completes the parent duty task, if they choose to receive school credit for the following year, they will receive an additional $5 credit, totaling $55, credited to the family's account balance for future registration. If a cash refund is preferred, a $50 cash refund will be distributed in May.

3) 退课规则:

开学后头两周相当于试听课，已经注册并交费的学生才可以进入课堂。因为任何原因需要退课，请在开学后第三个周日之前登陆网上家庭账户取消相关课程。按时取消后，学费、管理费、和家长值班费将全额退还，但注册费不退。
如果在第三周日和第五个周日之前退课，管理费和家长值班费将全额退还，注册费不退，学费只退50%。
如果在第五个周日及之后退课，管理费和家长值班费将全额退还，注册费不退，学费不退。

Cancellation of registration policy:

The first two weeks after the start of the semester is a trial out period. Only students who have registered and paid can enter the classroom. If you need to withdraw from a class for any reason, please log in to your family account to Cancel the relevant course before the third Sunday after the start of the semester. The tuition, administration fee, and parent duty fee will be refunded in full. The registration fee is non-refundable.
If you withdraw after the third Sunday and before the fifth Sunday, the administration fee and the parent duty fee will be refunded in full, the registration fee is non-refundable, and the tuition fee is only 50% refunded.
If you withdraw on or after the fifth Sunday, the administration fee and the parent duty fee will be refunded in full, the registration fee and tuition fee will not be refunded.
